Terms of Service

1. Service description

KnowIntelFi provides tools that monitor publicly available sources (including SEC filings) and generate summaries, notifications, and other informational outputs (“Service”).

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Subscriptions & billing

KnowIntelFi offers paid subscription plans. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period unless you cancel immediately (if available in the billing portal). Pricing, features, and plan structure may change over time; any changes will apply going forward.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings or the billing portal. After cancellation, you will retain access for the remainder of your paid period unless you choose immediate cancellation (if available).

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@knowintelfi.com promptly with your account email and relevant details.

Note: This page does not reference any separate “Refund Policy” URL to avoid broken/placeholder links at launch.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including abuse of rate limits).
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service in any unlawful manner or to infringe others’ rights.

7. Data sources & accuracy

The Service may summarize or transform information from third-party or public sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You are responsible for verifying all information against original source documents (e.g., SEC filings).

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWINTELFI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL KNOWINTELFI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KNOWINTELFI FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
